With extensive knowledge in intellectual property matters, Tynia has handled extensive trademark, copyright, and patent portfolios, including enforcement, clearance, analysis, due diligence, and prosecution for a wide variety of industries. She is skilled in drafting, analyzing, and prosecuting copyright, patent, and trademark applications. Prior to law school, Tynia earned her Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma State University.

Tynia is licensed by the State of Oklahoma Bar and the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She is admitted in the U.S. District Courts for the Western, Northern, and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma, the 10 th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.

Personal Life
