Tynia focuses her practice on intellectual property law, including IP litigation, trademark clearance and registration, patent prosecution, copyright issues, IT licensing and compliance and unfair competition. She also assists clients in oil and gas matters, environmental law issues and numerous general litigation disputes. Prior to attending law school, Tynia spent several years as a technical marketing manager for a worldwide technology company and worked as an application engineer for an oil field equipment company. Her technical background and business experience provides her with the unique ability to relate to clients with legal issues associated with intellectual property and a variety of technology.
